Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and [Company Name], the operator of NLE Daily at nledaily.com and in the NLE Daily apps. By creating an account or using the website or app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at nledaily.com/privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use NLE Daily.

2. Who can use NLE Daily

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date.

3. Your account

Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login or let others use your plan. We may limit or suspend accounts that show signs of sharing, such as many devices signing in at the same time. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

4. Plans and payments

NLE Daily has a free plan and paid Premium plans:

• Monthly: ₱197 per month, renews automatically until you cancel.
• 3 Months: ₱449, paid once.
• Board Pass (6 months): ₱797, paid once, includes the pass guarantee. Student Plan (1 year): ₱1,297, paid once. Fixed-term plans do not renew automatically. We remind you before your access ends.

Prices are in Philippine pesos and include VAT where applicable. You can pay with GCash, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay or Apple Pay. We may change prices for future billing periods and will tell you before a change applies to you.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a renewing plan anytime in Settings. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.

7-day money-back guarantee: if you ask within 7 days of your first purchase and before you start your first mock board, we refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. The guarantee applies once per person.

6. No guarantee of passing

NLE Daily is a practice and study tool. Apart from the Board Pass guarantee below, we do not guarantee that you will pass the Nurse Licensure Examination or get any particular score. Readiness scores and projections are estimates based on your practice data, not predictions of your official result.

Board Pass guarantee: if you finish at least [80%] of your study plan tasks and [4] mock boards, take the NLE within your access period and do not pass, send us your official PRC result within [30] days of its release and we will give you another 6 months of Board Pass for free. [Confirm these conditions before publishing.]

NLE Daily is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Professional Regulation Commission or the Board of Nursing. Our questions are practice items written or generated for review. They are not actual board exam questions.

7. Educational use only

Content in NLE Daily is for exam preparation. It is not medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about real patient care.

8. Your content

You own the notes, highlights, drawings and files you add. You give us permission to store, process and display them so we can provide the app to you, including generating questions from your PDFs.

Only upload materials you have the right to use. Do not upload confidential patient information, or materials you are not allowed to copy or share.

9. AI-generated questions

Questions and rationales generated from your uploads are created by AI and may contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them, and use Report a question if something looks wrong. You can edit, regenerate or delete any generated item.

10. Battle Mode rules

Battles are meant to be fair and fun.

• Do not use bots, scripts, outside help or shared answers during a live battle.
• Use a respectful display name and do not harass other players.
• Hosts are responsible for who they invite to private battles and what question sets they use.

We may remove players, end battles, or reset results when we detect cheating.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, scrape, resell or publish our question bank or rationales, reverse engineer the app, break or test our security, or use NLE Daily for anything unlawful.

12. Our intellectual property

The NLE Daily name, logo, app design, question bank, rationales and software belong to [Company Name] or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your own review. They do not transfer any ownership to you.

13. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections about payments already made, your content, intellectual property and liability continue after your account ends.

14. Disclaimers and limits of liability

We work hard to keep NLE Daily accurate and available, but the app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of [City], Philippines, unless the law gives you the right to file elsewhere.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 7 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use NLE Daily after that means you accept the updated Terms.
